The five-bedroom, four-bathroom building in Oakwood, on the outskirts of Lanark, offers an oasis of calm and tranquillity. It has been designed to ensure energy flows are in harmony to bring positive energy - or chi.

The idea behind the house is to balance five Chinese elements of earth, fire, water, metal and wood.
